Why aspCMS?

Implimenting an open source content management system (CMS) is a quick and cost-effective solution for many. Upload code, configure, impliment existing plug-ins/extensions as needed, modify an existing theme and away you go. But for many this is not enough, more extensive customizations are necessary.
